Included all what you see on pictures. It is working well, blades are sharp. Adapter included plus 3mm spacer. It is not new, but used less than ten times I opened new box myself, tried several times and put in drover to collect dust.

As you see, it is built for 220 volt ac Europe works from 115v us as well. I tried 220v and found no difference.
